Love2Play (further called "the app") is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data ourselves. However, the app integrates third-party services that may collect limited data strictly for analytics, attribution, or operational purposes. We comply with GDPR, COPPA, Apple App Store, and other applicable privacy regulations.

The app integrates the following services:

Google Firebase Analytics

• Used to measure app performance, crashes, and usage trends.
• Data is collected in an aggregated and anonymized form whenever possible.
• No personally identifiable information is collected by the app.

Google AdMob

• Provides in-app advertising.
• We configure AdMob to avoid behavioral tracking and restrict ad content.
• Where available, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework is used to ask for permission before tracking across other apps or websites.

AppsFlyer

• Used for attribution, to understand which marketing sources lead users to install the app.
• AppsFlyer may collect limited technical identifiers (such as device type, OS version, or install source).
• We do not share gameplay data, names, or personal identifiers with AppsFlyer.

The app offers optional purchases managed via Apple’s App Store. All transactions are governed by Apple’s privacy and security policies. We do not process or store payment information ourselves.

Present and/or future versions of the app may use cloud-based Large Language Models (LLM) for generating personalized content.

• AI processing is performed on servers hosted by Runpod.io, located in Canada, the United States, or the European Union.
• User inputs sent to the AI service are processed temporarily to generate responses and are not stored permanently.
• Generated content is returned to your device and not retained on external servers.
• We do not use AI inputs or outputs for model training or share them with third parties.

• The app includes an age-gate mechanism. If a user does not pass the age gate, analytics and attribution SDKs are disabled, and no data is collected.
• We do not share personal data with third-party ad networks for profiling or behavioral targeting.

We do not collect or store personally identifiable information. Anonymous technical data used for analytics is managed by our third-party service providers (Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer) according to their privacy policies.
